1. 有料機能（広告削除）

• ユーザーは、各ストア（App Store / Google Play）が定める価格で本アプリ内の「広告削除機能」を購入できます。

• 一度購入されたアイテムの返金は、各ストアの規定に従うものとし、当方での直接返金には応じかねます。

• 機種変更等の際は、同一のストアアカウントを使用することで購入状態を復元できます。

2. 免責事項

当方は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害や障害について、法令上認められる限界まで一切の責任を負わないものとします。また、アプリの内容は予告なく変更・終了する場合があります。

3. 禁止事項・知的財産権

• アプリ内のコンテンツの無断転載、複製、解析（リバースエンジニアリング等）を禁止します。

• 著作権等の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。

4. 規約の変更

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。

審査通過用にシンプルかつ必要な項目を網羅した英語版を作成しました。同じURLページ内に日本語版と並べて記載（または併記）しておけば問題ありません。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the mobile applications " Nekotan-  Word Puzzle-" , provided by NEKOTAN GAMES ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Paid Features (Ad Removal)

• Users can purchase the "Ad-Free" feature within the App at the price set by the respective app stores (App Store / Google Play).

• Refunds for non-consumable in-app purchases are subject to the policies of Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We do not provide direct refunds.

• Users can restore their previous purchases on a new or secondary device using the same store account (Apple ID / Google Account).

2. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

3. Prohibited Matters and Intellectual Property

• Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or reverse engineering any part of the App.

• All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or our licensors.
